Change of mind
Due to the perishable nature of our sauces, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty or damaged items
If your sauce arrives damaged, contaminated, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at richard@we-bbq.co.uk. We will require photos of the packaging and the issue and may arrange a replacement or refund.
Expiry & Storage
All our sauces are labelled with a best before date and storage requirements. Please ensure the sauces are stored as indicated on the label. Any issues caused by improper storage may not be eligible for a refund.
Request a refund or replacement
Contact at us a richard@we-bbq.co.uk with your order number and a description and photo of the issue.
We will aim to respond within 5 working days
If approved, we will in the first instance send a replacement and then potentially a refund via the original payment method.
